Rae's Cafe

I have wanted to do this for ages since purchasing the M.U.C.K. collection from Carl Stoezel.

I have a daughter called Rae-Ann (pronounced Ray Ann). In the shop signs that comes with the collection is a sign that says "Rae's Cafe". We call her Rae for short.

I have been so focused on getting buildings up so I can play that I haven't had the time to personalise the building fronts so all the look the same. But I had a spare hour last night, not enough time to build a house so I did this.....


I will be adding window decals and I downloaded some window images last night but didn't get the time to print them off etc. So this is the start of my personalisation of my M.U.C.K. buildings and I can see Rae's Cafe being a national chain appearing in most towns and cities.

    Let's hope the Rae burger wasn't the biological contamination responsible for the outbreak.....

    That's a fine looking building, Damon, and all the better for having a personal connection to you. Carl Stoelzel is second to none when it comes to customer service and is very open to you suggestions. He has responded to just about every request of mine, so if you have any ideas for customisations to his models, drop him a line.

      Thanks vamp. I might do that as I am currently looking at how to convert the largest muck build into a car showroom. Possibly making it a single story....

    Lovely looking building dude! Seems like a great place to hole up for a while during the outbreak. Very cool to customise your buildings, makes the games a little more personal.

    Foamcard buildings without detailed interiors can be produced pretty quickly but giving them character like you've done is a great addition to the look of your table.

    Thanks. I'm thinking I won't be adding interiors for a while. I want to get more buildings made to play. I've got enough now for urban games and rural games. Need to build some for suburban games really. I'll add more detail to the outside of the urban builds as I go now when I have a spare 30mins here and there
